The Hellenic Distribution Network (DEDDIE) assigned TREK Technical assistant services for the design and development of Strategic Transformation of the Utility. TREK to assess, prioritize and manage all the KPIs associated with current operation of the Organization, as well as future incidents within the course of the Digital Transformation of the Entity.
In detail, TREK will offer Advisory support services for the assessment and evaluation of the midterm Strategic Plan, contribute to the specialization of the Operation Plan and provide expertise on the performance of DEDDIE Units.
Finally, TREK will assess and monitor the company’s Development Programs.
Project duration is 9 months.
