TREK awarded the construction development in three different Municipal buildings, in Samos, in terms of energy efficiency and upgrade. Following two international tenders, TREK to rebuild and deliver a full scale of energy efficiency works in Public use buildings, in Samos island, owned by the Municipality of Eastern Samos, North Aegean, GR. The works awarded is 668.000 EUR, and project duration 11 months.more

TREK Development to announce its participation to a transformative and important initiative for the City of Athens. The Athens Wave project (“Accelerating the Energy Efficient and Sustainable Renovation of the Public Building Stock in the City of Athens”) focuses on retrofitting and upgrading the stock of public sector buildings in Athens as a dedicated effort towards a more sustainable future along the commitments undertaken by Greece under the European Green Deal context. TREK’s key role in the project is to create a tidal shift of energy efficiency interventions in and around the city of Athens.more

TREK to assess, prioritize, mature and develop a series of Energy Initiatives for the Public Sector in Greece, along with the assistance of the European Investment Bank (EiB). Following international tender, TREK has been assigned by the Ministry of Economy, GR to "make happen" some min 75MEUR, projects in the Energy, Renewables and Energy efficiency Market within the next 2 years. The initiative consists of 3 pillars, namely: I. Modernization of Street lighting infrastructure with LED technology. II. Retrofitting of large public buildings, mainly Regional & University Hospitals, focusing on energy efficiency III. Development of RES (P/V) Infrastructure Contract for the Advisory services is at 1.342.000 EUR (incl. provision), financed by the European Investment Bank and the Greek Government.more
