In particular, within the framework of a consortium comprising Greek and international companies, the listed company undertakes to provide support for the development of new motorway infrastructure projects, specifically:
a) Completion of the Makrakomi Bypass – Eastern Portal of the Tymfristos Tunnel, which forms part of the Lamia–Karpenisi–Agrinio Road Axis, as well as the Kasteli–Kissamos Bypass
b) Preparation and maturation of procedures for the tendering of the Study, Construction, Financing, Operation, Maintenance, and Exploitation of the Northern Road Axis of Crete (BOAK) in the Chania–Heraklion section
c) Study, Construction, and Financing of the upgrade of the EO2 road axis (Mavrovouni–Edessa, Giannitsa Bypass, Chalkidona Bypass)
d) Operation and maintenance of the Axios River Bridge – Edessa section through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP)
The contract duration is fourteen (14) months, with a total budget of €1,818,894.00.
Additionally, under the same consortium and Framework Agreement, the Ministry of Infrastructure has awarded TREK a second contract.
This contract concerns the provision of technical and financial support for the development of additional infrastructure projects, the monitoring of the implementation progress of each project, and the support of the Ministry’s competent administrative units in fulfilling their obligations related to project maturation, tendering, and monitoring.
The duration of this contract is nineteen (19) months, with a total value of €1,586,638. TREK’s share in the execution of the contract amounts to €340,000.
