TREK to offer full fledged services for the inclusion of the Hellenic Railways Organization (ΟΣΕ) into the PPP framework, for its Digital Transformation within the next decade. The Program is backed by the Recovery & Resilience Facility (RRF) and the total program is budgeted at 50MEUR plus Operating expenses within the PPP time-frame.
The Hellenic Railways Organization S.A. is a Group of Companies providing services, managing and maintaining the Greek railway infrastructure and carrying out the infrastructure development projects.
The Organization plans to modernize its infrastructure, its digital capacity, and enhance improved services for its clients.
TREK has been awarded the services of implementing the Financial modeling, and Management for the inclusion of nearly 50MEUR project into a PPP Framework. The project is a blended Financing structure since it is backed by the RRF (Resilience Facility). TREK will also support the Organization in every necessary assistance for the introduction and approve of the PPP plan in front of the State cross-Governmental Ministerial committee.
