Planning and implementation of communication and publicity actions from the Strategic Communication Unit of TREK for the promotion of the Integrated Information System of the Ministry to different entities in Northern Greece and neighboring countries in Southeastern Europe
TREK Consulting services include actions for the involvement of a targeted audience in the operation and use of the Integrated Information System that is going to be implemented by the Ministry, a Decision Making and Strategy Planning tool for Developmental Initiatives in Northern Greece and Southeastern Europe.
The targeted groups include Public Entities of the region, Business Organizations, diplomatic missions of Greece and neighboring countries in the Balkans, organizations and social partners of Northern Greece .
The aim of these promotional actions is the publication of the operation of the Integrated Information System, the understanding of the need to use this "Information Tool" by all interested parties and the active involvement of all entities in the formulation of the partial features of the System.
The publicity actions of TREK include:
- The Creation of informative material, which will be distributed during Thessaloniki 's International Fair 2005 in the framework of the presentation of the Ministry in the Fair.
- The Reformulation of the existing project website
- The Realization of informative speeches during Thessaloniki 's International Fair 2005 as well as during the rest implementation period of the project
- The Realization of interviews with developmental entities of Northern Greece and Southeastern Europe
- Focus Groups
- Preparation of press releases and direct mails during the whole project's implementation period
