As consortium member, TREK awarded a Framework Contract by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Greece, for the development, design, management and Technical Advisory of Infrastructure Assets for the next 4 years. Along with HILL International, as the consortium Leader, TREK will assess, mature, monitor and control as Special Technical and Administrative Advisor a series of large scale INFRA projects. Services are estimated at 31 million Euro, plus 15 million Euro option, to be offered for the next 4 years, starting from 4Q 2021.
A series of a couple of billion INFRA projects in the area of Hard Assets, Infrastructure and Energy are to be placed for the next 5 years in Greece, financed by the RRF, EC Structural Funds and other structured financial tools, e.g. PPP, EPC and other mechanisms.
This Framework contract services appointed to TREK as member of the consortium led by HILL International will contribute to the aforementioned projects materialization by means of: assess, mature, design, advice and monitor of these projects, in order to become bankable, secure the financing and ensuring proper execution.
This service provision is the first large scale Service provision of its kind in Greece, with prominent scope to accelerate and execute INFRA projects within the limited timeframe set by the EC and the RRF (REcovery & Resilience Facility) initiative.
