Project is within the framework of Public Reform Re-organization targeted towards the re-oreientation & restructuring of the Public Sector in Greece.
Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), the top constitutional voice of the Hellenic Industries and Enterprises, appoints TREK Consulting & Deloitte Consulting the identification and mapping of key administrative burdens in government-business relations and suggestions for improving public services.
The project comprises the following steps:
. Criteria based selection of basic and critical paths in public sector-business relations.
. Mapping of selected basic and critical paths and their characteristics.
. Calculation of critical paths administrative cost through the use of Standard Cost Model.
. Problems ranking and action plan creation.
. Organization of workshops and meeting between business executives and public sector representatives to assess and finetune the research findings.
. Proposals for improving public services and reduce administrative burdens.
The project awarded with a budget of 164.205 euro, followed by an international call for Tender. Project duration estimated at 6 months.
