e-learning vocational training at National Labor Union
Hellenic National Labor Union appoints TREK to provide services for the design & implementation of interactive distance learning training, within the framework of "Lifelong Education Programs from the Social Partners”. Beneficiary is the National Labor Union (GSEE), National Union of Public Servants, the Institute of Small Business GSVEE (IME/GSVEE) and the National Confederation of Greek Commerce (ESEE). The project is 216.000 euro with 18 month duration.
Project implementation foresees, 273 training programs of 70 hours each are to be implemented, divided into 35 person and 35 distance by the method of e-learning.
The seminars are related to the following topics:

2. Worker’s skills in writing and communication (verbal and non-verbal)
3. Ability to manage conflict in the workplace
4. Financial and Operational Planning Issues
5. Learning to learn skill
6. Contemporary Labor Law & Labor Relations in the modern economic environment
7. Employees’ and employers’ Practices & Techniques of Negotiation in the ongoing working environment and the meaning of Consultation
8. Social economy and innovative forms of entrepreneurship
9. Lifelong Learning and qualifications certification
10. Working environment and collective negotiations in the new socio-economic context
11. Social policy and social security issues
12. Economy and working life issues
13. New Technologies and Entrepreneurship in small business
14. Foreign language business Terminology
15. Intervention Techniques in business operation and crisis, and economic downturn management - The business operation in the Economic Crisis environment
16. English Language: Language Programs focused on the work field
