TREK to provide Technical Assistance Advisory for the Risk Assessment & Management within the services portfolio of the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network (ΔΕΔΔΗΕ/HEDNO). TREK to assess, prioritize and manage all the Risks associated with current operation of the Organization, as well as future incidents within the course of the Digital Transformation of the Entity.

TREK to offer full fledged services for the inclusion of the Hellenic Railways Organization (ΟΣΕ) into the PPP framework, for its Digital Transformation within the next decade. The Program is backed by the Recovery & Resilience Facility (RRF) and the total program is budgeted at 50MEUR plus Operating expenses within the PPP time-frame.

As consortium member, TREK awarded a Framework Contract by the Ministry of INFRASTRUCTURE, Greece, for the development, design, management and Technical Advisory of Infrastructure Assets for the next 4 years. Along with HILL International, as the consortium Leader, TREK will assess, mature, monitor and control as Special Technical and Administrative Advisor a series of large scale INFRA projects. Services are estimated at 31 million Euro, plus 15 million Euro option, to be offered for the next 4 years, starting from 4Q 2021.

Municipality of Athens via its Development arm (ANAPLASIS SA) appoints TREK as Asset Development Advisor, for assessing and developing a full fledged Plan for the financial utilization of the old Slaughtering House (Palaia Sfageia) in Tavros/Athens area. The aforementioned property is the largest Public "under development asset" in Athens area after the Votanikos area.

TREK to assess, mature and develop a series of Energy Initiatives for the Region of Crete, along with the assistance of the European Investment Bank (EiB). Following international tender, TREK has been assigned by the Regional Authority of Crete to "make happen" some 45MEUR, up to 60MEUR projects in the Energy, Renewables and Energy efficiency Market within the next 2 years. The initiative consists of 3 pillars, namely: I. Modernization of Street lighting infrastructure with LED technology of the Region and most of the Municipalities in Crete. II. Retrofitting of large public buildings, mainly Regional & University Hospitals, focusing on energy efficiency III. Development of RES (P/V) Infrastructure through Energy Communities creation, for the benefit of local communities and Farm/Agri Associations (TOEB, GOEB). Advisory services is at 601.500 EUR, financed by the European Investment Bank and the Region of Crete.

TREK assigned by the Municipality of Preveza, Greece the Technical support for the evaluation-selection, monitoring of works installation and pilot operation of a Photovoltaic (PV) system, for the electrification of the Waste Water treatment of Louros area. This is a mixed type green project, comprises of Waste treatment in parallel with Renewable energy production for the shake of the specific project electrification.
