The Ministry of Infrastructure, Greece appoints TREK as the Project Finance Auditor and checker for a series of PPP Motorways Concession INFRA in Greece. TREK to assess, verify and provide Technical assistance to the Ministry towards major Concessions in four Motorways, namely E65, Aegean motorway, NEA ODOS, IONIAN ODOS. Project duration is 24 months

TREK awarded by the Ministry of Defense the Energy Policy and Strategy formulation, followed by a set of action planning in the form of "quick wins" energy projects. In this framework, TREK has been appointed to assess and prioritize all energy related issues of the Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Airforce) and to formulate a sustainable cost-benefit plan for their respective energy needs. Renewables, Energy efficiency, cross-collaboration and new technologies in the energy field will be addressed and applied. TREK is acting as a Master Advisor to this initiative

TREK to design and apply framework for the deployment of Electric Vehicles in the Municipality of Zagori, Epirus Region, in conjunction with National and EU legislation. Zagori, with astonishing heritage and natural beauty, with its geographical coverage among the largest in Greece, seeks to preserve its environmental status and create even better conditions for a greener future. TREK has been appointed by the Municipal Authority to formulate the Master Plan for the adoption of electric vehicles framework in Zagori, along with the required infrastructure, namely charging stations, recycling, parking lots and procurement of new electric municipal vehicles.

TREK to advice, model and provide Technical Assistance on a Pan-European Project (acronym: PROENERGY) into Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings. The project objective is to promote Energy Efficiency in public buildings in the Balkan Mediterranean territory and to create a practical framework of modelling and implementing energy investment interventions, through specific ICT monitoring and control systems, as well as energy performance contracting. The specific objective is to reduce by >20% energy spending in public buildings of the participating entities in one year after the implementation of pilot actions. Project participants are Greek, Cypriot, Albanian and Bulgarian Authorities. Duration of the project is 24 months and the budget is 1.250.000 EUR.

<strong>UEFA</strong> and TREK, along with other stakeholders seek to increase the employability of Youth newcomers in the Market arena and especially in the sports sector, by developing new professionals and reducing the mismatch of skills. The project will enhance key transferable skills and market-related knowledge corresponding to new/niche professions. It will also create a support network for the development of sports professionals, involving the quadruple helix stakeholders (government, society, education/academia, private sector) of the region.

The Managing Authority of the INTERREG cross-border program Greece-Italy, assigns TREK the advisory services for the design of the Strategic Operational Plan, 2021-2027 period.
