Municipality of Athens to appoint TREK as Advisor for the Management and Project assessment of a 195 MEUR Infrastructure development & services. These set of Projects are co-financed by the European Investment Bank (EiB).
Municipality of Athens has in place an Infrastructure Development Plan for the next 5-year period, ranging from roads and municipal buildings infrastructure, to energy efficiency and rehabilitation of municipal districts.
This set of projects amounts to 195 million euro and are partially financed by the European Investment Bank (EiB).
TREK to assess, cluster and prioritize projects in terms of maturity, risk related issues and time-frame restrictions. Special focus to be given in “bankable” projects with socio-economic impact.
Further, TREK to design and put into place a Project Management Office (PMO) Handbook for smooth operations and management of projects across different Municipal departments and distinguished Donors and Funding mechanisms. Special focus to be addressed into fulfilling contractual obligations towards the major donor, e.g. the EiB.
