TREK to design and structure Infrastructure energy efficiency & RES for the Region of Eastern Macedonia-Thrace, GR. Scope of work ranges from project concept and analysis of energy Infrastructure & Services Projects, to structure Financing, as an initial stage to construct and operate a multi-dimensional RES and Energy efficiency set of discrete projects.
Within the scope of a large scale Project Development & Finance scheme, (approx 45-60 MEUR), TREK is to formulate a concept program for energy efficiency and use of Renewable Energy Systems, by performing cost benefit-analysis and classification of different energy ready-projects, such as Urban LED lighting replacement, smart transport systems, retrofitting of Public use buildings and assessment of alternative Power sources. Following, TREK is to assess an initial financial structure for the above investments and engage different source of funding, for the creation of a best fit financial blending.
The project concerns with the Region’s existing energy assets, as well as those of major cities.
