TREK to lead employment policy actions and Technical assistance for the uplift of the Tourism Industry focusing primarily in the Region of Attica, Greece.
Within the context of Local Employment treaty and action plans, the project aims towards mobilization of local stakeholders from the Tourism Industry in order to create new employment openings, as a result of thorough investigation of local employment needs.
Actions consist of preparation and coaching of unemployed in the tourism sector from identification and matching of employment opportunities to the creation of vacancy and sustainable post of job for at least 3 months.
Those actions target at local Market within the region of Attica, whilst major goal is to serve both the needs of the tourism bussiness community and the employment needs of the individual unemployed citizen.
The project is budgeted at 390.000 euro and approximately 100 new jobs will be created.
