The Ministry of Infrastructure, Greece appoints TREK as the Project Finance Auditor and checker for a series of PPP Motorways Concession INFRA in Greece. TREK to assess, verify and provide Technical assistance to the Ministry towards major Concessions in four Motorways, namely E65, Aegean motorway, NEA ODOS, IONIAN ODOS. Project duration is 24 months
TREK to review and assess contractual agreements on the Motorway’s Concessions, to verify KPIs and assumptions as per major changes made after incidents such as the COVID-19 restrictions and to re-calculate financial models on all 4 roads, belonging to 3 differents Concessionaires.
TREK also to review the updated Concession manual, delegate with Concessionaires and Lenders and provide Opinion on the proposed changes made by the Parties.
