The aforementioned property is the largest Public "under development asset" in Athens area after the Votanikos area.
Municipality of Athens (as the owner of the property) is looking for Concessionaires that will be assigned the Development of the old Slaughtering House, in Piraeus Avenue (Plot 53, 17.000m2), offering to the public a modern Park with cultural, leisure, unerground parking and sports’ activities.
TREK to assess and propose the most efficient Financial model that will balance out the Athens Municipality’s objectives with Local community needs. Special focus to be given in "bankable" proposals with socio-economic impact.
Furthermore, TREK will review the ‘as is’ conditions, record and evaluate the legal restrictions of the development, create the most effective Financial model and finally design the Master plan model, setting also the criteria for addressing the appropriate Concessionaires for the bidding of the Project.
