TREK to assess, prioritize, mature and develop a series of Energy Initiatives for the Public Sector in Greece, along with the assistance of the European Investment Bank (EiB). Following international tender, TREK has been assigned by the Ministry of Economy, GR to "make happen" some min 75MEUR, projects in the Energy, Renewables and Energy efficiency Market within the next 2 years. The initiative consists of 3 pillars, namely: I. Modernization of Street lighting infrastructure with LED technology. II. Retrofitting of large public buildings, mainly Regional & University Hospitals, focusing on energy efficiency III. Development of RES (P/V) Infrastructure Contract for the Advisory services is at 1.342.000 EUR (incl. provision), financed by the European Investment Bank and the Greek Government.

TREK Development, with its over two decades-long track record in cross border, transnational and interregional cooperation has been selected by the EC - DG REGIO to enhance and support the Border Focal Point Network (BFPN https://futurium.ec.europa.eu/en/border-focal-point-network). The BFPN is an EU-wide professional network bringing together experts promoting cross border interaction, sharing of good practices and addressing legal and administrative barriers in European border regions.

Following International Tender, the Olympic Center "Spyros Louis" (OAKA) choose TREK as the Technical Advisor and Inspector for the Energy Efficiency upgrade of its infrastructure, valued at 18 million EURO.

The Hellenic Civil Protection Ministry choose TREK to offer Financial Technical Advisory Services for the implementation of a 800MEUR EiB financing Instrument.

TREK to provide Technical Assistance Services to the Secretariat of the Greek Islands, both in the Aegean and Ionian archipelago, for the development of Infrastructure facilities in a large scale program, mainly in the Energy and Renewables Sector.

TREK to offer full fledged services for the inclusion of the Hellenic Railways Organization (ΟΣΕ) into the PPP framework, for its Digital Transformation within the next decade. The Program is backed by the Recovery & Resilience Facility (RRF) and the total program is budgeted at 50MEUR plus Operating expenses within the PPP time-frame.
